The Norfolk County-8 Public Health Coalition (NC-8) brings together the health departments of Canton, Dedham, Milton, Norwood, Walpole, Westwood, and Wellesley.
In collaboration with Health Resources in Action (HRiA), NC-8 has officially released the completed 2026 Community Health Assessment (CHA) Report. This comprehensive, data-driven assessment was conducted to identify current and emerging health needs across five NC-8 member towns (Canton, Dedham, Norwood, Walpole, and Westwood).
As part of translating these findings into actionable community initiatives, the NC-8 Coalition invites residents, local partners, town officials, and community organizations to an upcoming working session. This session will feature a presentation of key findings by HRiA and provide an interactive space for community input to help prioritize strategic health initiatives across the participating towns.
