The Norfolk County-8 Coalition (NC-8) brings together the health departments of Canton, Dedham, Milton, Norwood, Walpole, Wellesley, and Westwood to promote wellness, prevent disease, and protect the environment. Through regional collaboration, we work to improve our residents' health and quality of life.

Community Partnerships Highlight
NC-8 is proud to partner with Riverside Community Care’s (RCC) Connect2Recovery program, which eliminates barriers to recovery and supports each person’s chosen path to healing. Their supportive approach empowers individuals to recover from substance use and mental health challenges, while improving overall wellness and quality of life—as defined by the individual.
